What I offer

Personalized care

Every person is unique, which is why every integrative health plan I develop is fully individualized, taking into account your history, your habits and your personal context.

Each proposal I design is exclusive and tailored to your biology, lifestyle and emotional needs, with the goal of achieving comprehensive and coherent well-being, where body, mind and emotions work in harmony.

Integrative approach

My method combines scientific nutrition, psychoneuroimmunology and psychopedagogy, addressing health in a holistic and in-depth manner. Together we explore how your body, your emotions and your environment interact, and how these connections influence your overall well-being. This allows us to restore physiological balance, strengthen your emotional and cognitive health and adopt sustainable habits.

Long-term solutions

My goal is for you to learn to take care of yourself through knowledge, awareness and autonomy, integrating healthy habits in a natural, sustainable and flexible way. Real change is the one you can maintain over time.

More about my training and methodology

My fundamental pillar is the University Master’s Degree in Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology (PNI) from the University of Salamanca, an official 3-year program. This advanced training enables me to address your health in a truly comprehensive way, combining:

• Balanced and functional nutrition
• Lifestyle habits and biorhythm care
• Personalized natural supplementation
• Interpretation of clinical analyses

I earned a degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Seville and I am a Higher Technician in Dietetics and Nutrition with an integrative approach from the Instituto Sanitario Roger de Llúria (Professional License No. 2195).

I hold a Master’s in PNI, training in Orthomolecular Nutrition, and certifications as a Health Coach and a Habit Change Coach from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

My work consists of supporting you to improve your health from an integrative perspective that connects mind, metabolism, the digestive system and microbiota, immunity and hormonal balance.

I assist cases such as insulin resistance and diabetes, difficulty gaining weight, digestive pathologies, hormonal dysfunctions and menopause, immune system disorders, as well as optimizing sports performance (including elite athletes).

In oncology processes, my role is to organize habits and coordinate with your medical team so that everything contributes positively.

I start by listening to you: the first consultation lasts between 90 and 120 minutes to understand your history, context and goals. I review your lab tests and translate them into clear language. From there I develop a personalized plan that integrates practical nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement and, when appropriate, supplementation with a professional approach.

We meet every 2–3 months and, as a guideline, we work between 9 and 12 months to consolidate simple and sustainable changes. My commitment is closeness, education and honesty: I do not offer quick fixes, but a path of transformation in which we walk together.

To adapt to you, I offer both in-person and online appointments.

With over 5 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting nearly a thousand patients. This extensive professional background has allowed me to consolidate deep knowledge in the treatment of complex cases.

My ongoing training focuses on: clinical and integrative nutrition, microbiota, digestive and hormonal health, autoimmunity and neurodegeneration processes.

My commitment is clear: to offer you a scientific and personalized approach so that you achieve lasting well-being.
