Not all depression is “psychological”
Increasing research suggests that a significant subgroup of people with low mood and depression have an underlying inflammatory and metabolic component: elevated cytokines, dysregulated HPA axis, impoverished microbiota, nutritional deficiencies (vitamin D, omega-3, B12, iron). Psychotherapeutic treatment is essential — but it cannot be sustained if the body does not support it.
What we evaluate and address
Inflammation status (ultrasensitive CRP, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio). Complete thyroid function. Vitamin D, B12, iron, membrane omega-3. Microbiota and gut integrity. Deep sleep. Movement. We always coordinate with your psychologist or psychiatrist — we are a complement, not a substitute.

Health without barriers:
How do we work?
So that distance is not an obstacle, I offer you
two modalities with the same clinical rigor.
