Hormonal balance is an orchestra, not a solo
When one hormone becomes dysregulated, the rest of the system reorganizes to compensate. That’s why a “thyroid problem” is almost never isolated: behind it there is usually adrenal stress, alteration of the insulin-glucose axis, progesterone deficiency, or an intestine that does not metabolize estrogens well.
The PNI approach looks at the complete hormonal ecosystem: cortisol, insulin, sex hormones, thyroid, and melatonin form a unique system, and we work on the habits that regulate them all simultaneously.
Hormonal areas we address
- Menstrual cycle imbalances: amenorrhea, irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, severe PMS
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
- Fertility and preconception preparation
- Perimenopause and menopause
- HPA axis dysfunction (adrenal stress, “adrenal fatigue”)
- Endometriosis and adenomyosis (nutritional and inflammatory management)
- Insulin resistance and prediabetes
