Helicobacter Pylori and Chronic Reflux · PNI Sevilla

When medical treatment doesn’t consolidate and the infection or reflux returns.

The problem of recurrent H. pylori and chronic reflux

Helicobacter pylori is treated with antibiotics + proton pump inhibitor (PPI). The protocol works in many cases, but in a significant proportion, the infection returns, or residual digestive symptoms remain: heartburn, regurgitation, feeling of fullness, burping. And the prolonged use of PPIs has side effects (B12, iron, magnesium deficiency; bacterial overgrowth; reduced protection against infections).

Why PNI helps

The gastric terrain is built beyond antibiotics: hypochlorhydria, chronic stress, poor eating habits, zinc and B12 deficiencies. Without addressing this terrain, the infection easily reinstalls itself and reflux persists.

How we work on it

Nutritional support during and after medical treatment. Gastric mucosal repair. Strategies to reduce PPIs when possible (with your doctor). Stress management and digestive physiology (posture, chewing, meal times). Reintroduction of normal gastric physiology.
