Brain Fog · PNI Sevilla

When you notice your mind isn’t working like before — and no one finds “anything.”

What is brain fog?

Brain fog: a sensation of cognitive sluggishness, difficulty concentrating, difficulty finding words, clumsy working memory, mental fatigue. It’s not dementia, it’s not always “stress.” Often it’s a biological sign that something isn’t right underneath.

Common Causes

Intestinal dysbiosis (gut-brain axis). Low-grade chronic inflammation. Subclinical hypothyroidism. Perimenopause (decline in cognitive estrogens). Deficiency of B12, ferritin, vitamin D, omega-3. Non-restorative sleep. Reactive hypoglycemia. Persistent Post-Covid. Poor cortisol management.

How we address brain fog

Comprehensive metabolic and nutritional mapping. When perimenopause is a factor, we also address that aspect. Glycemic stabilization (stable glucose = stable brain). Gut repair and inflammation reduction. Deep sleep. Regular moderate aerobic exercise. Noticeable improvement in 6-12 weeks.
